The location of the hotel is great, being close to the city centre but situated in a non-touristy area. Guests have mentioned that it is near various attractions, such as the university and bars and restaurants. the rooms have been described as comfortable and clean, with beautifully decorated interiors. Some positive examples of the facilities include friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere.
The blinds in the rooms reportedly let in light, which could be bothersome for those sensitive to it.

We had enjoyable time at the hotel and would definitely return here. Everything we needed, like liverpool cathedral was placed short way from the venue. We loved the food and staff here.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Liverpool and had a great experience. the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of most city center amenities. We also enjoyed the fact that there were some great eateries nearby, although the hotel itself provided a menu with a good selection of food. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent and overall, the staff were efficient and friendly.
One drawback for some guests may be the lack of on-site parking, although there are convenient places nearby. we were disappointed to find a couple of cleanliness issues in our room, including some hair in the shower.

Over Easter, I stayed at a small B&B and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and came with a comfortable duvet, making it easy to sleep at night. The breakfast was one of the best aspects of the stay, with high-quality produce and healthy options if requested. The laid-back atmosphere of the hotel made for a relaxing experience, which was much needed over the holiday weekend. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
The location of the hotel on a busy avenue made it quite noisy during the daytime, which affected our ability to rest during the day. The room was also quite small and limited, with a small TV that was placed at an odd angle.
